Planning

We work with governments, industry, non-government organizations, and Indigenous Groups to facilitate responsible planning and management of environment, business, health and cultural resources. We facilitate the development and integration of stewardship frameworks using land use planning, economic development and environmental values to support holistic large area-based decision-making.

Governance & Organizational Change

We work with Indigenous governments and groups to rebuild structures and systems of operational governance on their terms, through their own laws, traditions and cultures. We facilitate community-level “operation-alization” and implementation of national and international commitments like B.C.’s Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act and the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.

Facilitation &
Engagement

We help people and organizations conduct engagement, improve how they work together, identify and solve problems, make decisions, manage change and handle conflict. We believe sustainable decisions are made when communities, stakeholders and/or the public are involved and able to provide input for problem solving and decision-making.
