Zeck Butler Architects PS, Spokane
Bill Zeck and Rod Butler have devoted the past 21 years to designing and overseeing the construction of affordable housing, and have completed more than 100 projects. They have worked with many partners across Washington including, the Housing Trust Fund, CTED Housing Enhancement, Washington Community Reinvestment Association and Impact Capital as well as numerous not-for-profit organizations to provide livable, efficient and affordable housing. In addition to their professional contributions, Zeck and Butler have also contributed hours of pro bono service to other organizations that aim to improve the housing arena.
