Niko's opened its doors 1985, a small café serving Mediterranean-style cooking in downtown Spokane.Our customers enjoyed our fresh and nutritious approach and in 1989 we moved from our 1,500-square foot location to a 10,000 sf facility that includes a main dining room, four private dining rooms, a wine bar and a cigar room.As our business has grown, we have attempted to retain the fresh and original approach on which our early popularity was built. Many of our recipes are traditional, but just as many add a contemporary twist to old favorites.
