Located on the southwest corner of Trent and Hamilton (850 E. Trent), the Habitat-Spokane Builders Surplus Store sells new and used building materials to the public at discount prices. The building materials, donated by businesses and individuals, include doors, windows, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, appliances and an array of additional items. Home remodelers are encouraged to donate used items to the Builders Surplus Store. The store is open Monday through Saturday throughout the year and offers convenient pick up service.
